During the unannounced inspection the emergency practices drills were reviewed. The last documented fire drill occurred on 9/17/21 with an exit time of 1 minute and 37 seconds. A fire drill for October 2021 was not documented. This was immediately corrected during the inspection by conducting a fire drill. The fire drill conducted on 11/4/21 resulted in an exit time of 47 seconds.
